Payment is made upon delivery and is by cash on delivery or by card on our website.

After ordering, the products will be delivered to you within working days.
3. Can I return the products?
You can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt, with the only condition that they have not been used.

5. How long does it take to melt the wax?
Melting time depends on the amount of wax in the heater, but the average time for complete melting is 10-15 minutes.
6. How long does a pack of wax last? Is it reusable?
This depends on the areas you use the wax on, but one jar is enough for about 3 to 6 months of use.

The high temperature allows even leftover wax with hairs on it to be reused, as long as you're the only one using the wax. ;)

You can use a glass or ceramic container to melt the wax in a water bath, but the heater allows you to maintain the optimal temperature of the wax during the entire time of epilation, which makes the procedure much easier.

13. Do you use the skin care products before or after hair removal? And how often?
Use the Pain-relief spray before epilation.
The after-wax oil is used after waxing, and the ingrown hair spray and hair growth retardant lotion are suitable for post-epilation and can be used twice a week for visible results.
14. What are the specifications of the heater?
The heater is 100W, collects about 400 gr of wax and has a 24-month warranty valid on presentation of the original warranty card.
15. How many grams is the package of the body wax in a promotional package?
Each pack of body wax weighs 380gr.
16. After applying the body wax, after how long should I pull?
Wait a few seconds after applying the body wax and pull. Do not wait too long so that the product does not harden, because then it loses its elasticity.
17. How long do the hairs have to be to use the wax? Does it remove even the shortest hairs?
WaXx removes even the shortest hairs with a length of 2-4 mm.
